Feedback from Natasha’s Students

Since starting this course, I’ve developed a much deeper awareness of my breath and how closely it’s tied to my emotions. I’ve learned to see breathing not just as something automatic, but as an intentional act of self-care and emotional regulation. It’s become one of my most reliable tools for staying present and balanced, both personally and professionally.

Natasha is the living embodiment of what she practices and preaches.

She equips you with tools rooted in science, and anchored in experience, thoughtfulness, and intention.

Her WeBreathe techniques and overall energy have been amazing to experience. I advise anyone interested to take a course with her. You will come out of it decompressed and renewed.

Natasha was an incredible breathwork instructor.

I use her breathwork techniques basically on a daily basis and I would highly recommend working with Natasha and taking her breathwork training.

Natasha is phenomenal. Not only does she live, breathe, and embody how breath changes us in the somatic body, but also how we connect to ourselves and how we connect to others.
