This self-paced, online course is designed to support professionals in using breathwork techniques for nervous system support, emotion regulation, and mind-body connection.

Part One introduces the foundations of breathwork. You’ll learn the science of breathwork and its impacts brain function, emotional health, and overall well-being. Part Two covers four foundational breathwork practices for both personal use and professional application to calm anxiety, manage stress, and restore emotional well-being. Part Three focuses on how to integrate breathwork into your work and daily life, in a sustainable and supportive way.
