Testimonials

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was absolutely eye-opening for me. I’ve been working for a long time to find good burnout resources, and this finally named so many things I’ve been struggling with! This is the first step I’ve made in healing in a very long time. It’s the first time I’ve actually been able to hear what my burnout has been trying to tell me.

I now have some tools to move forward out of burnout. Thank you!

Very well done presentation & I feel better equipped to handle my burnout.

This process was helpful to clearly identify specific areas that I need more support and assistance with- boundaries, self-acceptance and realistic expectations.

So grateful for all of the action steps and shifting in awareness. I feel like I have a solid place to start to actually make progress.

I have been really suffering from burnout and have not been able to move forward. Everything in this workshop resonated with me. I believe burnout is telling me that I cannot be there for others if I do not take care of myself first!
