Meet our members and hear their stories of growth and healing
“Time was my primary block to feel like I could take care of myself.”
Meet Lucy (8 Min)
Listen to Lucy’s story about overcoming burnout and how self-care helped her build a foundation for a thriving business.
Also learn how she went through the program while planning a wedding and working.
“Be kind to yourself and you’ll find your way through it.”
One of the most common concerns about enrolling in Resilience Over Burnout is having the time to go through it while maintaining everything else in your life.
However, the material in this program could help you get some of your time back, help you feel more in control of your time, and better honor the time that you do have.
Our current members, like Lucy, are people who don’t have tons of extra time. Many are working professionals, parents, business owners, or caretakers.
From a practical standpoint, you can go through this program at your own pace, so you don’t have to ever feel rushed or behind. There are no deadlines and there’s complete flexibility for you to spend your time in the program in a way that works for you.
Here are some examples of how some members have chosen to approach the program:
- 30 minutes a week (15 min twice a week or a 30 min block once a week)
- Doing one video lesson per week (videos range from 5 min – 30 min)
- Setting aside 1-2 hour blocks every other week as “me time” that is spent in the program.
Other members have chosen to give up some time on Netflix, social media, or playing games on their phones to do the program. Some members chose to do this program on their lunch break a couple times a week for 15-20 min.
You can do what works for you and start anytime you want. Some people are joining now with the plan to start in the summer, and some people are jumping in and starting Module 1 right now. There’s no right or wrong way.
Here’s something to consider – if you’re in a cycle not having enough time, being busy all the time, feeling out of control of your time, or feeling stretched thin – this might be a reason to join the program, not a reason not to.
