How can we transform burnout into well-being?

You are invited to a public presentation of Ami’s dissertation research, where she conducted a classic grounded theory study as part of her Ph.D. studies in Mind-Body Medicine.

The theory of striving for fulfillment emerged from her research, which explains how a person can move from a state of burnout to a state of well-being through four phases.

The Theory of Striving for Fulfillment

What we’ll cover in this presentation:

What a holistic metamorphosis from burnout to fulfillment can look like.

Why we should focus on transforming burnout rather than eliminating it.

An overview of the four phases and how to locate yourself in this process if you are experiencing burnout or healing from burnout.

Practical applications of this theory to increase well-being, fulfullment, and peace.

How we can use this theory to alchemize struggle into knowledge, exhaustion into purpose, crisis into peace, and burnout into fulfillment.
